EuSocialCit Seminar ‘Gender and European social rights: legal perspectives and policy outcomes’

The first seminar of the project’s seminar series took place in a hybrid form on 28 October 2021. The topic was ‘Gender and European social rights: legal perspectives and policy outcomes’ and it was organised by Madrid-Puerta de Toledo Campus of the Carlos III University of Madrid (UC3M). The seminar gave account of the first results of the project from the gender perspective (European advances in ​​the right to reconcile work and family life; the idea of ​​the “discriminated man”), as well as information about practical experiences on ESG criteria, equality plans and salary register. The seminar took place in English and Spanish.
